However, we had to take note of the leaves around Whitefish, Montana. Here, the leaves seemed to explode off the trees in vibrant colors and the backdrop for this was beautiful Whitefish Mountain - which has already received a dusting of snow this year (2008).

Good Medicine Lodge is built of cedar timbers and has a rustic and informal atmosphere. Decorated in a western motif, the roomy interiors are punctuated by crackling fireplaces and solid wood furnishings with fabrics influenced by Native American textiles. For travelers' convenience, there is a guest laundry and ski room with boot and glove dryers. And for travelers' enjoyment, they have an outdoor spa.
